Like I said yesterday, nobody but Dubai puts so much effort into their malls. Here, a cascading water fountain, that's pretty to look at and makes soothing sounds is featured prominently after the entrance to the mall. It's right past the information desk, and before any real shops. This, instead of putting a dozen carts selling all kinds of stuff you don't really want (well, they have those, but in other areas). It's nice, in a way, to have a nice thing to look at when you walk in. Having spent this much time thinking about it, I know something new - I spend way too much time in Festival City. I need to get out more.
